Consultant (AI strategy, UK)
Please note before applying: this is an advisory / management consulting role, we are not looking for backgrounds in data science (or similar) at this time. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 7 years’ experience at a top tier management consultancy (or equivalent) working within their strategy consulting division.

Overview
The role of our Strategy Team is to deliver AI Advisory projects to our existing clients and drive new business (within existing or across net new client accounts). The majority of your time will be spent delivering client work with oversight from senior leadership. As an early hire at a critical time for our business, roles within our Strategy Team have the potential to grow with our business as we scale across markets.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver AI strategy and AI organisational transformation projects for clients
Create client-facing deliverables such as slide packs, business cases, workshops, internal pitch decks (from research to creation and presentation)
Project work may include: identifying opportunities to drive consumer/business value with AI, prioritising AI initiatives, quantitative and qualitative research (e.g. AI market & trends research, competitor assessments, customer research) amongst other strategic deliverables
Contribute to external marketing efforts (e.g. through writing thought leadership)
About you:
You have 4 - 7 years of management consulting experience, specifically in the delivery of advisory work (please note, we do not do any AI implementation and are not looking for backgrounds in data, data science, engineering, etc)
You are passionate and knowledgeable about AI and its potential impact on business and society, and motivated to join a startup business at a stage of growth
You have experience in delivering strategic recommendations (within or outside of AI). Experience across the following would be relevant/useful (though not required): innovation consultancy, marketing strategy and advisory, strategic planning, business transformation. Note, we do not require deep technical expertise for these roles.
You have excellent general business acumen, exceptional problem solving skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills (in English)
